Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (customs delays may apply)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and select international destinations. Please note: some regions may experience limited delivery options due to carrier restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@nm-cafe.com within 7 daysof delivery. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. N&M’s Café is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
